Kawal Tiger Reserve
Kawal Tiger Reserve, located in the northeastern region of Telangana, is the oldest wildlife sanctuary in northern Telangana and a critical ecological corridor for central India’s big cats. Spanning an expansive area across districts like Mancherial, Nirmal, Adilabad, and Komaram Bheem Asifabad, it is highly celebrated for housing some of the richest teak forests in the country.
