4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CHAUFFEUR PROTOCOL & USE OF VEHICLE
– The vehicle shall be operated exclusively by the Operator’s assigned uniform-clad,
verifiably trained chauffeur. The Client shall not attempt to drive or operate
the vehicle under any circumstances.
– The vehicle is strictly meant for passenger transport. Carrying contraband,
hazardous substances, arms, or exceeding passenger capacity is prohibited.
2. TOLLS, PARKING & PERMITS
– Interstate state-entry border taxes, national highway FASTag tolls, and
airport/hotel parking charges are NOT included in the base tariff and shall
be billed on actuals based on receipts or FASTag statements.
3. DAMAGE & INTERIOR HYGIENE
– The Client is expected to maintain decorum inside the luxury vehicle. Smoking,
consumption of alcohol, or carry-on food that causes severe staining is prohibited.
– Any physical damage to interior upholstery, screens, ambient lighting, or bodywork
caused by the passenger(s) will incur full repair and detailing charges billed to
the Client or deducted from the caution deposit.
4. ITINERARY REVISION & DELAYS
– Route changes or trip extensions must be communicated to the Operator dispatch
team in advance. The Operator is not responsible for transit delays caused by
severe traffic, highway blockades, weather conditions, or mechanical force majeure.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
– Cancellation > 48 Hours prior to pickup: 90% refund of advance.
– Cancellation 24–48 Hours prior: 50% refund of advance.
– Cancellation < 24 Hours prior or No-Show: 100% advance forfeit.
