What are the standard check-in and check-out times? Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in or late check-out can be requested but is subject to room availability.

Indian citizens must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (like an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID). Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

​What types of rooms are available? The property features standard rooms (King/Twin beds), Premium rooms, and One- or Two-Bedroom Executive Suites. Dedicated disability-access rooms are also available.

Up to two children aged 12 and under can stay for free when sharing their parents' room using existing bedding. Extra rollaway beds are available for an additional nightly fee.
