Bandipur
Bandipur National Park is one of India’s most celebrated and beautifully managed trysts with the wild. Bandipur National Park is a premier tiger reserve and national park located in the Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka, nestled at the foothills of the Western Ghats. Once the private hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Mysore, it was established as a tiger reserve in 1973 under Project Tiger and spans an area of over 870 square kilometers.
